exim never works

Hi, I'm just wondering why exim is always offline. Like no kidding always. I'm sure everyone already knows this, but searching for threads on these forums is kind of a pain.

There is a problem with Exim at the moment that is causing it to crash constantly. The Admins are trying to find out what the problem is but no answer has been found yet.
