Can someone give me some options for correct smtp ports to use with exofire.net?

and none work although telnet to my mail server (mail.xxxx.exofire.net 465) does not give the no connection error, I get an error number 0800ccc19 which is a timeout error when I try to send mail from Outlook Express. On the site the PHP mail function works fine. I can use either of the webmaill apps with no problem, and I can receive email in Outlook express using the same server address on port 110. Something is a miss here and I am wondering if there is another port that works for smtp.
