hello. thanks for giving a very good free hosting. here i want to explain my site.

i create my website using wordpress 3.0.3 and I write the blog using Bahasa Malaysia / Malay Language. I write my blog about me and what i think. please, please unsuspend my account. if x10hosting cannot unsuspend my account, please give me other chance for me to collect my website data. please help me

I have updated your suspension reason after reviewing the account and your explanation; we've got File Hosting for a strange zip file you've got in 3 different places, script hosting since you didn't explain why net2ftp's installed (although this one could normally be explained anyways, when coupled with File Hosting it won't matter), and a confirmed unsupported language because it's not in english/spanish/french as required under the TOS.

Under each one of the above suspensions it's considered permanent; even if we look past the net2ftp install then we've got a zero tolerance for file hosting and for unsupported language; under a ZT Permanent suspension we can't provide backups or allow further access to the account for any reason.



Edit: To answer the last part of your first reply, it won't help because both are ZT permanent suspensions on x10 free and prime; file hosting is for sure a ZT permanent suspension on illuminated and premium as well. I'm fairly sure Premium is the only one without a language restriction but I'm not sure on that.

Under a zero tolerance permanent suspension no backups can be provided, period. Under the TOS you're responsible for all backups anyways.
