Extract action not working. Throwing error.

Hi,

I have a domain http://answerme.x10hosting.com
I am unable to unzip compress file in control panel. I tried in both i.e. file manager & legacy file manager but no luck.
I am getting following error while Extract operation.

Does any one know why i am not able to unzip my data?

Though compress action works fine.

Any help is appreciated.

It is server side settings and the staff will look into matter soon to get it resolved.
