Unfortunately I was able to locate the account; it isn't linked to your forum username, it is linked to the forum username ExtremeGangsters. All support requests must be done via that forum username, although it is definitely suspended.
I'm just a bit unwilling to give out info on that account to someone I can't confirm owns the account, and we can only do that by having you post with the right username.
