Extreme lag and 40- uptime

Recently I have been experiencing extreme lag and very low uptime.
I have only used around 2% of my monthly usage up,
My cpanel takes ages to load,
My visitors are also seeing the problem,
Please reply .

You are on Chopin (or you were on Starka and have been moved to the merged Chopin).
The migration is slowing things down and also causing problems with DNS.
Others in the same situation.

All I can say is wait it out.

Starka has been merged into chopin.. so your new server is chopin..
