failed to "add-on separate domain"

I'm trying to add shotmycomputer.net to my free x10hosting account. (shotmycomputer@gmail.com)

I keep getting a "Unable to add the domain name − Unable to create addon domain. Please verify that it has been set to the proper DNS name servers."

I have the dns servers registered properly.

not sure what's going on.
