you say you used to use chrome and now you use edge browser,.
did you go back and retry chrome ?

did you clear any temp files or cookies from your system ?
its possible one of your browsers still use vpn without your knowledge,
be sure to disable any suck browser add ons.

Hello. Thanks for answering. Sure I tried Chrome but I get the same error. In Edge I was already logged in without problems with the addons I currently have and I have not added any more. I have already tried deactivating all the addons and it doesn't work. Just from one day to the next I have received this error, without making any changes to my computer. That is why I have come to ask for help, if I had something installed that the error says, obviously I would stop using it to be able to log in to the control panel, but I do not use anything that indicates that error. I hope you can help me. Thank you.

Has the ISP Router/modem been restarted?
Is any antivirus/firewall software being used, and updated lately?
Has both browsers history/cache been cleared, and update lately?
Any Edge proxy service default setting after update?

Hello. Thank you very much for answering. I use Windows 11, and I have Malwarebytes installed. These are the extensions I use in Edge:
- Enhancer for YouTube™
-uBlock Origin
-Authenticator
- Bookmarks clean up

In chrome I have installed many more extensions that I don't even remember anymore, but I stopped using it because Edge works a little better with my current computer and I only use those 4 extensions. I have tried everything, closing Malwarebytes, disabling all extensions, deleting cookies and nothing.

I really do not want to lose my account with this hosting, due to inactivity but there is no way to enter. I just tried to log in from an iOS on an 11 Pro Max and I just got the same error: Network Blacklisted.

I have never used VPN's or TOR or anything like that. I do not understand what is happening. The router configuration has never been changed. As I said, I've never had problems logging in, the only thing that happened is that I was disconnected from the webmaster world for a while and focused on personal issues in the real world, and then I received an email that I have to enter the control panel to not lose my account, and when I immediately went to do it is when I started getting this error.

I do not know what else to do. Thanks anyway, cheers.

Hello. I do not know what else to do. I have restarted the router dozens of times, I have formatted my computer. I surf without addons. And nothing works, I keep getting the error. As I have already mentioned, I have navigated the control panel for a long time without any problem, until from one day to the next I have encountered this access block. I don't understand what could be happening or if that blockage should be asked to be removed by an administrator. I've already tried everything and nothing. Also, excuse me for insisting but I have never browsed with a VPN, Tor or anything similar, which is what the access error indicates. Thank you very much in advance for your time to respond.

the original error code shows ... asn blocklisted as the reason.
which means your IP asn group is blacklisted by x10.

a @STAFF member would have to unblock your ip address

Hello. Thank you very much for answering. And that as I should ask or do it. I don't understand what ASN is, sorry. If any admin could help me please. Or should I make some kind of request in a specific forum. Beforehand, Thanks.

we do apologize for the long delay, as this was originally posted in april.
an ip ASN is a group of ip addresses in a package
could be 5 or as many as 1000 ip addresses in 1 ASN group.
your ip address happens to be 1 of them.

Only a staff member can unblock you.
i will send a staff member a note to review your post.
it may be a little longer but they will reply.
