For anyone who hasn't heard of this mod, it's pretty much a collection of mods that will improve the graphics of Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One, and Half-Life 2: Episode Two dramatically. It changes things such as the HDR lighting, pixel shaders, along with newer, cleaner looking character models.
Requirements:
All three games of Half-Life 2 fully downloaded, installed, and ran (Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One, Half-Life 2: Episode Two).
2GB RAM minimum, 3GB recommended
A strong video card from nVidia or ATi, such as an nVidia 8800GT or 7900GS. The mod will run on older/slower cards, but you will need to lower the graphics down a lot OR suffer from frame loss.
A fast hard drive is needed with the amount of data that has to be loaded up.
