False suspension - stoli server

am logging into my hosting account weekly still my account has been suspended for inactivity
this has happened previously also and i was told there was some problem with the stoli server

how many more such false suspensions can i expected in the future ?

If you insist on believing that logging onto your site, to cPanel, or Account Panel is what is required, you will continue to get legitimate suspensions. You were told once before.
