How do I request an unsuspension?
The instructions say open a ticket. Is this a ticket? I don't see any other options for free support. Acorrding to the status page everything has been transfered for more than a day.

There have been some changes since I originally responded to you. At this time it is not possible to unsuspend most accounts involved in the move due to the fact the accounts are in transit. Also, even if un-suspension were possible in your particular case it would be inadvisable. I apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that staff is working very hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.

And, yes, this is the "support ticket system" for free hosting at x10hosting.
