Fantastico De Luxe is out of order

When I try to turn it on, it show a message of :
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1271519419.11157h2Fs8e10uG on line 28

Besides, at the beginning of my manual installation of Xoops 2.4.4 which I usually do because of site security reason, there are messages of :
Warning: Unknown: write failed: No space left on device (28) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

Please check and assist so that I can install my site ASAP.

Yes, x10 hosting uses scriptacalous instead but it hasn't been installed. Also, seems tmp is full on your server so the staff have to upgrade.
