Fantastico Disabled?

For some reason, I try to go to my Fantastico control panel and it says Fantastico Disabled... Is there any way/reason why it is disabled?

There is no link to it in x2 anymore, in x it is disabled, and in cpanel XP it is disabled.

Am I special or something?

I click fantastico in XP Evolution and I only get a warning about not having any free sql db's (which makes sence, I'm on static)...

Then again, from a previous topic about fantastico missing I seem to be like, the only person who can even get to xp evolution (guess never changing defaults does some funky stuff).

Errors?: If it's disabled and you find out by trying to install something, then I can't find out. I do get a warning about no sql db's, but that's supposed to happen.
