Fantastico: Problem

I tried installing these from Fantastico, but had problems:

PHPauction: could not enter admin page
PHPbb2: same prob. as admin page but I'm using the forums in PHPnuke sa it's already ok.
TikiWiki: Can't even install. I tried deleting it but there are some files that can't be deleted. Is this a virus?

So far, these are the things that I have tried. Please help. thx.

What name do you use to login to cPanel?

You need to link that account to your forum account to receive support, there is a sticky thread at the top of the support forum with directions on how to do it.

Currently, Cpanel is down due to maintenance, so I think you will not be able to pinpoint the problem right now, Read it up in the announcements. You will have to wait for sometime to get your problem sorted...

By the way, at first, I didn't know that cPanel would go down... so I tried resetting my cPanel password cause I can't log in, and I can't recieve the e-mail. But when I saw it, I was asking to myself if it changed without letting me recieve the email. :dunno:

This is my question: "Did my password change without sending it to my email while cPanel is down???"

Your password didn't change.

Also you have the account 'monchee' linked to this name so it is not correct. You will have to correct it before you can receive support. There is a sticky at the top of the free hosting forum with directions.

Ok... everything's back to normal... It's back to my original thread.

I was trying to install PHPauction to my site but when I click on the admin page, this is what happened...
