I already have a site and its newly configured.. I want to install Joomla 1.5 from the fantastico part however on my account there is no fantastico.. on my other account there was a fantastico installer.. can i ask to have this on my cpanel?

I would suggest manually installing it, as it is easier to upgrade to a newer version if you want.
However, what server are you on? The administrators may not have installed the Fantastico Add-on into your server's cPanel yet.

Yeah i noticed the same thing, fantastico wasnt that great but sitesoftware suks! HOW the fliping hell do i install to my route direcotry with it! That was a stupid thing to do.
