Fatal Error Code after installing PhpBB2

Alright, first i download the .rar file off phpbb.com and i upload it to the file manager, once then I extracted it, and everything came out correctly.

I went to the installer page and on the second page when I hit "Finish Installation" it came up with

"Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/soccer94/public_html/phpBB2/includes/template.php"

I Need step-by-step help if available.

Login to your account panel: http://x10hosting.com/login with your FORUM user\pass. Once logged in there is a section on the left to request the new version of PHP. Request Version 2(Intermediate).
