Fatal Error: Eval Disabled.

I get the following error on the free servers:
Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/mgaming/public_html/side_left.php(45) : eval()'d code on line 45



I was originally trying to put ads and such but i read one of the stickies, thoguh i'll still need this in the future due to adding of other panels.
