Fatal error: SUHOSIN

Hey,

I am getting the Suhosin eval error;

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of preg_replace() with /e modifier is forbidden by configuration in /home/karlos29/public_html/wp-includes/kses.php(627) : regexp code on line 627

I have updated to intermediate and allowed 12hrs since update. Is there any other reason I could be getting this error or is it just my upgrade is still yet to go through. It says I am currently running intermediate access...

Your WordPress loads fine for me, with no errors at: http://karlos.exofire.net/index.php
Try flushing your DNS and deleting your temp files, cookies, cache, etc... Also try refreshing your browser.

Wordpress loads fine for me to but install failed to complete. I tried flushing DNS, cleared all private data and refreshed browser. Still getting the same error. What is going on... I must still be pending intermediate upgrade???
Edit:
WTF just checked PHP version and it had Basic selected with action pending??? When I went to select intermediate again it asked me to log back in and then automatically reverted back to intermediate saying current version. I have not touched this feature since originally upgrading...

Uploaded files again and created new DB - error still
