i got an error when i tried to install a wordpress blog

it says :

Fatal error:  SUHOSIN - Use of preg_replace() with /e modifier is forbidden by configuration in /home/kdg/public_html/wp-includes/kses.php(627) : regexp code on line 627

can you help me ??

You need to go to http://x10hosting.com/login, login with your forum USERNAME\PASSWORD, on the bottom left you'll see a purple heading named "PHP Applications".
