Fatal Error.

I tried installing MediaWiki via the Softaculous software on cPanel.

When I click MediaWiki, it says:

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the Server Admin.

Softaculous is broken with most addons.. I suggest you use Fantastico instead.. If you want to use MediaWiki over PhpWiki or TikiWiki, you may have to install it yourself or get someone on the forums to help you..

Is this something you've concluded through trial & error, or have you heard it somewhere?

Do Admin know, & do they plan to fix it?

Most of the Softaculous features work except MediaWiki.

I've opened a support ticket just in case anyway.

I'm gonna go install all of them now and make a list of what works.. this is for Stoli of course..
