Faulty account suspended message

When entering my site the following with some ads come up:

Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration. More information regarding this may be viewed under the account management system on x10Hosting.com.

There is no indication whatsoever of my account being suspended. Please sort out urgntly.
