favicon wont show

on my site poonscape.x10hosting.com wont show my favicon even though i have it uploaded and have the tag on my pages

Most likely you use IE, it shows in Firefox
IE do have a few problems showing favico

Had you uploaded the favicon the the file manager?
Edit:
Try uploading it to the folder where the website is located and replace the current favicon.
