I like all of them, but specially Ghost Recon Series, Medal of Honor Series, and Halo 1.
Even though this game is not only first person, i still like it, Metal Gear Solid Series for PS2

Although I don't really play fps's, my favorite one would have been either Doom 3(for the ambiance and horror) or an oldie, Red Faction.
