Few problems

im having problems with .JPG pictures, .GIF pictures run well on my site, but not .JPG.. whats the matter?

Hmm.. And another problem.. im installin vBulletin and i uploadet it, and now it says i should run install.php, but im little lost.. how can i run it? When i go to /forum/install/install.php it just gives me the choices "Rename" "Copy" "Move" etc.
Any advice?

to run install you have to go to your forum
type in your browser:
www.url/forum/install.php


so you don't run it by accessing it through the file manager
