I had to revamp my whole site. I found a directory in the root that I cannot delete: Page1024_files. I also cannot delete the obsolete files in my public_html directory. I have tried using the web based file manager and an FTP client. Both say the files are deleted but they are not.
I am also getting errors when trying to upload my new site. I keep getting critical errors stating that a directory doesn't exist and that the files are read only.
My site is simple: it consists of 10 "pages", plus 10 *pagename*_files directories containing image files plus the "client documents" folder also contains 6 documents to be downloaded.
I don't know how to resolve this issue. I don't want to have to upload 1000 documents, pages and images one document at a time using the online file manager, but I also don't know how to delete the directory and documents that are no longer relevant.
