File Manager

Is it okay to use a file manager for administration purposes?
I fixed the one I wrote for my site so I'm the only who can log in and doubled it as a directory viewer so visitors can see only certain [types of] files in certain directories so I don't have to make individual indexes.

well i dont think theres anything in the TOS that says you cant use file manager for admin purposes..

for all i know, go on right ahead!
