File Manager

I am sorry for posting a Noob post, but I could not find this when I searched.
My file manager page will not load. I was even thinking of going with ftp even though I dont really know how but that will not load either.

I am fairly sure it is not my computer or browser as everything but these pages on the website seem to be working.
I have Firefox if that helps >.<

ftp is a seperate flile transfer protocol client you need to download from somewhere, cute ftp,smart ftp etc are all good clients. you will need to enter the ftp info from the host into the ftp client you choose to use.find public html and upload your site.

Thank you for that information, but that is not my specific problem. I can not get my cpanal file managing links to work. The pages just keep not loading or coming up as errors.

I can not get the ftp to work, but that is more of a side note. Thank your for you help though!
Can anyone else help.

Are you able to try it in IE? I use FF and the file manager in cPanel works for me.

No I am not. I think it might just be the sight because I just tried again and I got a "This websites server is busy... blah blah blah" message.
But I dont think that is quit why it hasnt been functioning.
hmmm.

Do you have another computer you could try on? I don't get the errors on mine.

I was about to go try it on my office computer, but it finally work! I suppose the server really was just busy in my area.
