File problems

Ok so I uploaded some sound effects and stuff of mine. But what link do I use so people can download them. I tried the link on my browser:
sitenameofmine.x10hosting.com/public_html/audio/soundiwantolink.mp3
But it doesn't work.:dunno:

Don't put /public_html in the address and it'll work.
