File Recovery

I realize my account was suspended for having an unlinked file. Is their any way I can be un-suspended if I remove the files? At the very least, would I be able to have access to c-panel to recover my files?

Hello,

No. File hosting/storage is against the Terms of Service, and results in a permanent suspension as per section 8 of those terms. You can have no further access to your account for any reason.

8. Suspensions

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.
