I appologize for allowing somone else access to my account without giving them the terms of service, if you reset the files i will be happy to prevent this from happening again.

Im sorry, i let somone else use my account..
but i understand i did agree to all the rules and terms of service. I should have been more watchfull of what my friend was putting on there.

Part of the problem is it also disallows other users from being able to host content on your account with your permission; you had violated the TOS by allowing them to use the account.

Granted that's not normally zero tolerance, but it still means you're responsible for what's on your account. Him putting 301 illegal music files on the account is not like uploading 3 or 4, which most of us would probably let slide. We're talking multiple albums, which we can't allow.
