transfer? ftp?

if you go here
http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
and login with your forum info, you'll find allot of info

normally you use your domain name as the url, and your cpanel login for username/password

for mysql, you use localhost

Your FTP information is simply your cPanel username and password. The address is your site name. Just upload all files to public_html .

Your Databases if you're talking about MySQL can be created by you on demand. You need to log into cPanel which is http://yoursiteaddress:2082 and create it from inside of the panel. The MySQL database server is localhost . PHP is already active on your account.

When you said "transfer," I wasn't 100% sure what you were intending to say, so I thought I would add this in:

x10Hosting cannot contact any other websites or hosting companies to directly transfer data or files from one host to the other. Files can only be uploaded from your local machine.
