file_get_contents doesn't work

I've got Version v2 op php and file_get_contents stopped working yesterday... :S

It's because we moved servers and the new server didn't update your settings. It should be set now.

Still doens't work, getting this error:

Warning: file_get_contents(link): failed to open stream: Success in /home/xqlusion/public_html/index.php on line 127

The function is not blocked, it is just failing. What is it trying to get?
