Now files on my website, mostly videos (mp4s), are being deleted as the title of the thread states. I know of the 2 MB limit, but I am using a ftp client to upload, delete, basically everything on my website, and I thought if I were to use a ftp client I had unlimited file size, or at least I thought I could upload more than what is being deleted. I have had video files from 8 MB to over 20 MB being deleted. I am not using this hosting software as a storage unit for any files seeing as all the files I have on the site are being used to show something off..

I don't really understand what I am doing wrong, is there a TOS rule I am breaking? If so please tell me which one..

x10hosting now deletes files 10 MiB (or larger) in size - that have been on the server (in any folder) for more than about 4 hours - from non-upgraded free-hosting accounts only
the 4 hours time limit allows users to upload and extract site backups - and is not for short term file hosting...

see --> 'Terms of Service' (TOS) at [ File Storage ] --> [ https://x10hosting.com/legal/terms-of-service ]
