Hello,
It seems that all my files have been deleted, and I'm not able to upload anything, through FTP, or through the "web root," and I can't figure out why.
When I check my disk space usage, I don't think I've gone over any limits - Files in home directory - 13.64 MB
I'm not sure what all those other directories are though, I didn't create them - such as "front/ end" "horde/" and "3rdparty/"
When I check my file manager, it doesn't look like anything has been uploaded, as if someone has deleted all of my files. If I try to create a new folder, or upload a file, it's not letting me.
For example, I want to make a new folder called "images"
I get the following message:
ERROR: Could not create directory "images" in /home/bgc/public_html: Directory /home/bgc/public_html does not exist.
If I try to upload a file, for example "style.css" I get the message:
"style.css: unknown Bytes complete FAILED! :Unknown error or disk quota exceeded."
As far as I know, I have not exceeded my disk quota
Please advise on what I should do to fix this problem, and get my website uploaded.
