files not updating

When I make changes to the files in the file manager, and go to refresh my website, I still
see the same page without any changes.. I've tried to clear my cache, do a hard refresh, restart my computer..
I still see the same information..

any help appreciated !

When you try to save the file in file manager, does it tell you that the save was successful? If not, what does it say? Also, what editing mode are you using to edit the file (text edit, html edit, or code edit?)

For reference, I get the following message when saving a file in the file manager:

File Saved

Your file file name has been saved.

Continue editing file name or go back to the File Manager.

I see what the problem is.
Your DNS points to Starka but your account is on Stoli. This is from the canceled Stoli>Starka migration
