Sorry to bother the elders, but it's been weeks or actually 1 and a half months since I've been in this forum... so I haven't really had updates since then... could I still retrieve the pages and databases that I've had... It was back then before the server upgrades... it is on the starka server I think... Will I still be able to retrieve those files?

There are 2 reasons I think that unlikely;
1) If you haven't logged on for weeks, accounts usually get deleted to make room on the servers for other people's accounts.
2) As reported in the News section, the pro back-up software couldn't handle the job properly, & the back-ups got corrupted during the server upgrade/transfer process.
If it's really important to you, you could try getting a Support ticket, giving them all your details, & seeing if they happen to have a back-up still remaining somewhere and if they are prepared to restore it for you.
But I wouldn't hold your breath for this!
