Firewall Exception on Stoli (mySQL) and Suspension

Hi guys-

I'm new at x10... I just went to the account panel for the first time and it says I'm suspended for prolonged resource usage... I don't even have a site up to use resources!

Secondly, if possible, I'd like my IP to be added to the Stoli firewall exceptions list so that I can get remote mySQL access. I've added my IP to the remote hosts section in cPanel and I just need it allowed through the firewall.

I can't really do anything with the suspension thing, I'll report it to an Administrator.
I've added your IP to the firewall, you should be able to connect to your MySQL remotely now.
