First login problems! Need help asap! :)

When logging on to my x0hosting account for the first time after registering i got an error uring the Link account part. It says that my cPanel username doesnt excist, but i can login to the forum.

Please help!

Did you get the email that says that your hosting account has been successfully created? This email should have contained information like your cpanel username and your hosting username (they might be different unless you set them as the same). If you did not receive the 2nd email then your hosting account is still not setup.

Same here, I asked for my confermation again then when I click the link is say the username already exists.

Does it say hosting account alreadys exists in the queue? If so, then it is still waiting to be created.
cpanel is located at: http://yourdomain.x10hosting.com:2082

Replace yourdomain.x10hosting.com with whatever address you use to access your website, just add :2082 at the end. On the login page that loads, there should be a forgot password box.

Make sure that you are using the correct username for cpanel. Your cpanel username and password is the same as your hosting account password which IS NOT the same as your forum username and the username and password that you use to login to account management panel (http://x10hosting.com/account) I have seen a lot of people on here get the user names mixed up and that prevents them from logging in.

If you are still having problems, login to http://support.x10hosting.com, create a ticket by logging in with your forum username and password and tell them your problems, because they will be able to check that everything was created properly.

I'm having similar problems..
I received the confirmation email about 2 hours ago and can only log into http://x10hosting.com/account.
When trying to use the change password option on that page, i get the following error: "Invalid authentication token, please try again."

I've tried to login via ftp, but both when trying my subdomain.x10hosting.com and the ip addy, i get an authentication error.

Also when trying to login to the cpanel, it also throws an authentication error.
Any help would be appreciated.

don't know if it was just a matter of waiting for settings to propagate or if someone fixed it, but seems like everything works now.

geez i can't login to cpanel either! I get a login failed message, and i got the email for confirmed account, but my cpanel username wasn't in it and the password/username that was in that email doesn't work.
Please help!
