First time logging into cPanel fail

Hi,
I received the confirmation email.
I can login into http://x10hosting.com/login with forum user/pass
but I can't into cpanel -> Login Attempt Failed!
nor via ftp -> "530 Login authentication failed".
cPanel name: edc
Can some admin help me?

I'm having the same problem i went to login with my username and pssword and it didnt work. forum url is lvm.exofire.net, username is corleone
