First time using cPanel

I've had my domain for a few months, but just recently I've had a need to use the MySQL features. I tried logging in to my cPanel, and it tells me "Login attempt failed". I tried the Password Reset, and it says it has sent an email to the address on file, but I never receive an email on any of my accounts, nor is it in any of my spam folders. I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you for your help!

Try using cabrill with a lower case c.
