Maybe you can get away with it if doesn’t use MySQL queries…

there are alot of chatboxes that dont require anything but a blank html page
just add script and go. i was wondering if this was allowed also

It's always a good idea to abide by the TOS. It may only be speaking of the ones which use MySQL but it's a good idea to avoid anything forbidden in the TOS.

When the TOS say no, it's no. Following the TOS for the free accounts (paid accounts have different TOS) enables x10Hosting's servers to stay at a manageable level (more or less). For instance, the inactivity rule ensure that the server's hard drives are not cloaked with inactive unused accounts.
