Folders Won't Delete

I'm trying to clear my public_html folder for a Wordpress installation, but the folders from my old test install of Joomla 1.5 are stuck and I can't delete them, Filezilla gives me a "Cannot retrieve directory listing", or something along the lines of that

I've had this problem before, someone fixed it with no problem.

Have you tried deleting them from the file manager in cPanel?

I've tried deleting them with every cPanel manager and FTP program I have. I've had this problem before and only the staff can fix it.

Go to cPanel and open Legacy File Manager,

Try deleting these folders now, still now working post back

I'll escalate this up to staff then; we've definitely tried everything you have access to and it still is stuck.

Definitely sounds like a permissions issue. To check the status of the ticket, there'll be an orange bar at the top of this thread that should take you to it
