Forbidden access error help!!!

For a while now my server has been in accessable. I tries installing Squirrel mail and I got an error, thought it was just the script, then a few others and my own pages. Then also Wordpress. Please help me to sort it.

Error:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access (FILE WANTED).
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
