Forbidden Error

This is what i get when i go to my website

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.6 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.6 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_mono/1.2.5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.hauntedwa.x10hosting.com Port 80 I am not suspended can anyone help

Did you change any CHMOD settings in cPanel? From the looks of things something's been set to block access to your whole website . . .

still getting forbidden error i dont know what chmod is either any more ideas
Edit:
I have just checked teh error log in cpanel and this is the error i get can any one help

You need to login to your cPanel. http://yourname.x10hosting.com:2082 and go into the File Manager, select the files in which you'll be accessing on the website and click on the Permissions button at the top of the page. The permissions need to be set to atleast read execute, and write if the page is going to be making any dynamic changes to the site. Usually read/execute is enough to get it working.

it also maybe that thay are doing updates on your server login to x10hosting.com and read the server notes for your server
