Forbidden problem

Hi,

i'v installed joomla in movies.x10hosting.com
but i get a - Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

what to do?

sounds like it might be a permission thing, chmod that folder/files to 775, think that might solve the problem.

i did it...
now i changed it from 755 to 775 still no change.

p.s.
befor the CHMOD (yesterday)
the site was on /www/ & not in /public_html/ so i moved it to the public & still no change
