I a new user, but having basic problem.

Keep getting

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi/index.pl on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

cgi/index.pl is 755
and sheebang is
#!/usr/bin/perl

Use of perl scripts on the free servers has been disabled indefintely as it was an avenue for possible abuse. The premium servers do still have the option for using perl and other script types, but if you remain on free you will have to move to using PHP.
