Forgot Cpanel Login ... >.<

Yah... I remember the password, but I forgot the Login... Also for some reason, my Cpanel and Forum account lost the connection o.o'' like when I loginto x10hosting.com/accounts, It asks for my Cpanel name again....


So can a Staff e-mail me my Login using my signup e-mail? Thanks

Also, my hosting was suspended apparently? I have NO idea why.. and I'm 100% sure it was more than 4 days ago.

Also.. What is your cPanel login name? as it's not linked to your forum account. This (if suspended) is probably what caused it. You need to login to www.x10hosting.com/account using your forum login info, and then it should ask you to link it. Enter your cPanel login here.

hmm my problem has nothing to do with SQL or the like, Its my hosting account, and my Cpanel Login.

I have seem to forgotten my Cpanel login and I didn't save it anywhere becuase I got a new computer. Is there any way i can regain that info? It can be e-mail'd to my SIGNUP E-mail, the one I used when I signed up for your services.

Seems like my account is terminated. the old username was Blaze (Cpanel)...

I'm gonna make a new one unless I can get the old one back. The domain was wow.exofire.net.

Please don't make a new one. When the server updates are done a staff member will be able to tell you your accounts username.

Your account has mostly probably been terminated due to prolonged inactivtiy. The data cannot be retrieved. But you can wait and see if your account exists after all the server work is done.
