forgot cpanel password, cant log in to keep activated

You login to the Forums to keep activated.
cPanel and Account Panel do not count.

You can go to the Account Panel
https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php
Login with Forum username (or email) and Forum password.
Check the menus and find where you can change your password.
It changes both your passwords (cPanel and Forum) to the same password.
