Forgot cpanel username and password

Hi, can someone help me how to retrieve my CPANEL username and password?

or atleast a "forgot password" link and send to my email address.

I think my account was suspended because i was inactive this past months since i went back home.

Now Im trying to put up my website again but I cant. Worse is, I also forgot the answer on my security question for resetting the password.


Kindly someone help me.

I can only give you your cPanel Username, which is napster. I cannot see your password so if your security question is forgotten, an account manager or another person of staff will be able to help you reset the password.

I am Escalating your ticket to staff. They will reset your security answer..

Then you can reset your password..

***Click on colored bar above and go to your newly created ticket. Remember to Login with forums username and password to view your ticket***
