Forgot password but Exim not working..

Hi,

Account Name: powerhab
Address: powerhab.x10hosting.com

This account is on the Absolut server on which (according to the account management panel) Exim is down, I know the username but forgot the password.
Now with Exim not working this means that cPanel can't send a new password via e-mail...

Could an account manager have a look and reset the password and send via e-mail.

Exim will always show up as being down.

You can change your password at http://x10hosting.com/account
Login with your forum username and password.

chougard: Why will it always show it being down? Is it just that server, because Stoli.* shows it online. Just curious, as this is the second post i've seen of exim being down.

Exim shows as being down because it is not like the other ports. It needs authentication with an account to actually test if it is up or to get a reply from a ping. So when it gets 'polled' for status it always denies the request because the request is not authenticating. We have to create mail accounts for the status checker and configure it so it can actually get the real status.
